Based on your results, your inner critic’s personality is:
The Controller
You jump into action mode when there’s an opportunity to revolutionize your industry, take charge at home, or take the lead with your friends.
The impressive effort you put into EVERYTHING you do sets you apart from your peers (by the way - people LOVE this about you!).
You jump into action mode when there’s an opportunity to revolutionize your industry, take charge at home, or take the lead with your friends.
The impressive effort you put into EVERYTHING you do sets you apart from your peers (by the way - people LOVE this about you!).
However, each initiative you tackle ignites your underlying need to control the outcome.
Despite your best intentions, trying to control every outcome creates a problem. What is that problem?
You can unknowingly irritate people — which can work against the very outcomes you’re trying to achieve.
I get it. Nobody can lead like you. However, a true leader knows when to take the lead - and when to trust the talents and strengths that others bring.
And when you’re open to recognizing the difference, you’ll uncover the courage to support any situation.
You might also fear losing control because you:
>>> Don't like being told what to do
>>> Believe not achieving your exact desired result = failure
>>> Squirm at the thought of feeling vulnerable (a tough one for competitive types!)
But there is POWER in embracing vulnerability — which demonstrates courage and sky-rockets self-confidence.
It's courageous because it requires you to face your fears by showing up as your most authentic self and acknowledging you have no real control over any outcome.
And that's okay — because vulnerability shows that you rely on your strengths rather than fixating on your weaknesses.
Here's an important truth for you.
The fear of losing control is rooted in the fear of failing.
And when you try to control every outcome, you miss the opportunity to step outside of your comfort zone - where true growth happens.
Learning how to fail can be POWERFUL - even when it makes you feel helpless and exposed (something I know you hate!).
And the only people who don’t fail are those who never take risks. And that is so not who you are.
So, don't let your inner critic beat you up or cause a crisis of confidence the next time you fail. Instead, remember that it's a natural part of your journey.
When you lean into these lessons (and grow from them!), you’ll find that failure reveals the right path and gives you the grit and wisdom you need to make extraordinary breakthroughs in your life and business.
When you take swift action and confront fear head-on, the results will be living proof that you have the natural ability to:
✓ Build authority (even when you’re vulnerable)
✓ Lead by example (with transparency)
✓ INSPIRE others to do the same (the honest example you set will give others a dose of confidence)
...and enjoy the fearless and unapologetic life you’re destined to live.

Ok, now that you’re ready to embrace a more purposeful life fully, you must acknowledge the first step to getting there—and it might surprise you.
It’s how you think! (some may call this mindset, but I think it goes a step deeper)
Before you fulfill your destiny, you have to uncover the negative stories your subconscious (aka inner critic ) tells you to keep you safe.
Stories like, you…
Are not "smart enough," "confident enough," or "qualified enough" to put yourself out there.
Don’t have the ability to make the “right” decisions.
Have failed in the past—and don’t want to feel that pain again—so instead you play it safe. (Did you know the pain of losing something is psychologically TWICE as powerful as the pleasure of gaining? Explains a lot, right?!)
Feel as though you're not capable of being anything "MORE" in this life because of past mistakes and disappointments (we’ve all been there!).
Don’t know HOW to listen to your intuition—and even if you did—you'd question if it was leading you on the right path.
Your inner critic will keep trying to convince you that it's just protecting you (but that's a lie). Your inner critic is NOT your friend.
It’ll tell you it’s there to keep danger out, but what it really does is stop progress and abundance from coming in.
Your purpose in life is much BIGGER than what your inner critic is telling you.
It's time to calm your inner critic, lean into your authentic self, define what personal success looks like for you, and start impacting MORE lives than you could imagine.
Ready?
Keep reading: I'll help you breathe a sigh of RELIEF because you’ll be able to make decisions quickly that feel good—and are aligned with helping you become the person you are meant to be.
Imagine what it would be like if you…
<<< Could say “NO” to the things that don’t make you feel good. (And allow yourself space to say “YES” to what you want.)
<<< Felt peace and contentment after making life-changing decisions knowing that you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.
<<< Never had to ask yourself, “Why did I do this?” because you knew in your heart the decision you made was the right one at the time—no matter the outcome.
<<< Realized you didn’t have to question yourself, again and again—but instead, you were able to move forward with EASE.
<<< Told your inner critic to “STOP” because it’s trying to keep you small. In your gut, you’re ready to start living outside your comfort zone (and have the unshakeable confidence to do it).
This can be a reality—keep scrolling, and I’ll tell you how...
“What you desire is deliberately placed out of reach so that you can become the person it takes to obtain it.”
-Mastin Kipp
EVERYTHING

Get excited—you're about to learn how to identify your best self—and the steps to live in your genuine identity (and propel yourself into purpose and success.)
NAME IT
Identify your strengths. Those natural talents and abilities define not IF you can succeed in life—but HOW you’ll succeed.
CLAIM IT
Own your strengths. Then, invest in understanding how you can use them to your advantage for setting and achieving goals (the ones your inner critic is whispering are impossible).
AIM IT
Intentionally use your strengths to move you towards fulfilling your purpose. When you purposefully lean into your strengths, you tame your inner critic.
When you control the beast, suddenly you can begin to live in the highest vibration of your authentic voice—and soaring higher in your life than you've ever imagined possible.
In other words, when you take this approach, you'll go from “Ugh, it’s always going to be like this” to feeling aligned and confident with your choices.
And when you feel alignment and confidence—you’re no longer held hostage by your inner critic.
This is where you breakthrough to the other side to meet the best version of yourself—and accomplish your audacious dreams and goals.

Hi, I’m MaryAnn!
I'm a theatre actress, lover of fast cars, but most importantly, I’m a Advanced Certified Gallup® Strengths coach who's on a MISSION to help you calm your inner critic and define your path to success.
I help you feel aligned with the work you do by leaning into your strengths, knowing your worth, and leading a more purposeful life.
Although, my inner critic hasn’t always been calm. For years it ran my life—and I underestimated the power of my intuition and authenticity.
I ignored the whisper of my authentic voice until that whisper became a painful shriek after a traumatic event involving my daughter broke everything loose. I finally faced my inner critic head-on, and it changed my life.
I began noticing that other capable people like me often questioned their talent, strengths, and purpose. I realized that the inability to control their inner critic left them underestimating the power of their authentic voice—and their life reflected it.
So, I’ve dedicated my business—and life—to help people discover their genuine strengths, uncover their blind spots, and show them the steps to live a courageous, more meaningful life by trusting the reliability of their intuition.
Because once you calm your inner critic, embrace your strengths, and hear what your authentic, genuine voice is saying—you’re truly unstoppable.
